Under the active promotion of Huanyu International, since November 11, 2019, Nippon Chuzo K.K. and Shandong Useen Casting Co., Ltd. officially signed a contract, the two sides on technology, business and other aspects of communication, cooperation has become a regular. From February 26 to March 6, 2023, Zhongxiu Yao, chairman of Shandong Useen Group led 18 management and technical personnel of Useen Casting to visit JFE Steel factory, Nippon Chuzo K.K.factory and Fushan factory.

This trip was warmly received by the president of the Japanese Casting Industry Corporation and personnel from relevant departments. Shandong Useen Casting was divided into four groups: production management, quality and equipment management, smelting and modeling. They visited the casting production site and various production processes in Japan in detail, including modeling, smelting, pouring, casting cleaning, inspection, test analysis, sand treatment, etc. The relevant departments of Japanese casting introduced the process technology and precautions of each process in detail, and each group carried out on-site consultation and learning on their questions.
